Enterprise Architecture Technical Platform Owner

Lead the ownership, optimisation, and adoption of enterprise architecture platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making across a global organisation.

Role Overview

An international organisation is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Technical Platform Owner to manage and evolve its portfolio of enterprise architecture platforms and data-driven tools.

This strategic hybrid role combines platform ownership, product thinking, and agile delivery, supporting the organisation’s transformation into a digitally intelligent and insight-driven enterprise. You will partner closely with the Senior Product Manager to shape product strategy, execute delivery, and ensure stakeholders gain value from enterprise architecture platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Technical Leadership
  • Own and manage enterprise architecture platforms and related products end-to-end
  • Ensure data integrity, taxonomy consistency, and lifecycle accuracy across platform components
  • Build and maintain dashboards, views, and metadata models to support enterprise-wide decision making
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business teams to enhance platform capabilities and align with enterprise architecture principles

  • Product Analysis & Agile Delivery
  • Partner with product leadership to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
  • Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and technical requirements
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows to support product development
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Manage Jira boards, backlogs, and prioritisation
  • Track progress, identify risks, and support cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage release documentation, stakeholder communication, and feedback loops

  • Strategic Enablement & Adoption
  • Promote platform adoption through training sessions, demos, and stakeholder engagement
  • Guide discussions around technology modernisation, capability development, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation
  • Continuously improve user experience and engagement metrics

  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or business analysis within complex technology environments
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture platforms such as LeanIX, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in dynamic, global environments

  • Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and enterprise architecture product suites
  • Experience with technologies such as:
  • ServiceNow
  • Snowflake
  • Airflow
  • DBT
  • Power BI
  • Automation or AI/ML tools
  • Familiarity with advanced enterprise architecture modules such as application portfolio management or SaaS discovery
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master or Product Owner) or enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
