You will be working as a Business Head/ Industry Lead for the Banking & Financial Services vertical for a client based in Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Owning and driving revenue growth for the BFSI vertical.
- Creating and executing go-to-market strategies tailored to the Banking clients.
- Building and nurturing CXO-level relationships.
- Leading consultative sales conversations focused on solution selling.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account expansion.
- Collaborating with internal teams for strong pre-sales and post-sales engagement.
- Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and messaging.
- Reporting pipeline metrics and forecasts to senior leadership regularly.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3-8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS/technology products.
- Proven success in selling to BFSI in India.
- Based in Mumbai.
- Deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem and digital transformation trends in banking.
- Demonstrated ability to close enterprise deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions to BFSI.
- Existing network within BFSI- CXOs, Business Heads.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business or a related field.
