Mission:

We are looking for a driven Enrollment Assistant South Asia - Telecaller professional who will help the university attract, guide, and support students from the South Asian region throughout the entire admission and enrollment process, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience.

The role is a freelance position

Your Key Functions:

Daily Enrollment Journey Support

- Connect with students & parents through calls and meetings
- Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey

Application & Admission Guidance

- Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues
- Support pre- & post-admission requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth process

Requirements:

- Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center.
- Solid oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening.
- Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices.
- English C1

Pay: ₹33,000.00 per month
