My Mentor is looking for a full time Trainer who is well versed with verbal & written communication in English and Maths.

• *Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in relevant field.
- Prior experience as Trainer or in a related role.
- Strong understanding of the format and content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Proven ability to kick the snot out of standardized tests....
- Incredible perceptiveness and interpersonal skills....
- Interest in training as a long-term, full time career....
- Some teaching or tutoring experience — but not necessarily with standardized testing.
- The trainer has to enroll the students for IELTS, SAT, GRE and GMAT through his/her own efforts for which the company will provide the data.
- Need to handle the branch individually and also the team follow ups and leads.
- The Trainer is expected to make relations with the different stakeholders including but not limited to schools, colleges, showrooms, travel agents etc.
- The Trainer will be required to make calls to new/existing clients in a given day on company provided data.
- It is expected from the Trainer to maintain his calling sheet along with that of callers in Google Drive/company software, as per company’s format
- It is expected from Trainer to maintain a list of positive prospects in Google Drive/company software, as per company’s format.
- The Trainer is expected to meet the target in a given month, which may/may not come from all of company’s services.
- Train the student to prepare for the IELTS Exam & others Preparatory classes by providing them individual classes.
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the student.
- Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
- Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.
- Drafting and editing of SOPs & LOR for students.
