Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum.
- Teach grammar, prose, poetry, writing skills, and comprehension.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment papers.
- Conduct periodic assessments and maintain academic records.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in staff meetings, PTMs, and school events.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior.
- Support students in co-curricular activities like debates, elocution, and creative writing competitions.
- Ensure completion of syllabus within the academic timeline.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in English (B.A. English)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in middle school preferred

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools)
