Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly AI and its application in engineering projects, and drive adoption where relevant. Qualifications & Skills 20+ years of progressive experience in engineering, architecture, and leadership roles. Strong understanding of application architectures, software engineering practices, and product development life cycles. Proven track record of building and leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering complex solutions. Hands-on technical background with the ability to engage in deep technical discussions when needed. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills. Experience in proposals, and solution design across multiple domains. Awareness of AI technologies and their impact on modern engineering practices. Willingness to travel onsite for customer and project engagements.
