Role Description

This is a part-time on-site position based in Bengaluru East for an Engineering Faculty member. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and guidance to engineering students preparing for AE/JE and competitive exams. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering course content, designing and assessing tests, providing personalized student support, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and staying updated with the latest industry and exam trends to ensure optimal knowledge sharing. Engagement in curriculum enhancement and collaboration with other faculty for optimized teaching outcomes is expected.

Qualifications
  • Strong domain knowledge in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering fundamentals
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and other industry-standard tools
  • Experience in teaching or training, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the curriculum and requirements for exams such as KPSC, KEA, SSC, RRB, and PSU
  • Proven track record of curriculum development or content enhancement
  • Commitment to mentoring and guiding students effectively towards their professional or academic goals
  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in competitive exam preparation coaching is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to motivate diverse students to upskill and achieve excellence
