Job Title: Engineering Coordinator / Engineering Executive

Job Summary

The Engineering Coordinator / Engineering Executive will be responsible for managing engineering documentation, maintaining accurate records in the MIS system, and supporting day-to-day engineering activities. The role requires close coordination with senior engineers to ensure proper documentation control, drawing management, and timely updates in accordance with organizational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain engineering and product documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Maintain and update records in the MIS system to ensure accuracy and accessibility of engineering data.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to support various technical and documentation-related activities.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents including technical drawings, reports, and engineering records.
  • Maintain and update records such as ECN (Engineering Change Notice), BCN, and other product documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM) structure and ensure proper documentation within the system.
  • Handle document formatting, PDF editing, and version control of engineering documents.
  • Support senior engineers in drawing preparation, documentation updates, and project-related tasks.
  • Ensure proper organization, storage, and retrieval of engineering records.

  • Required Skills and Competencies
  • Basic understanding of engineering documentation and quality standards (ISO 9001).
  • Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of PDF editing and document handling.
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings and engineering documents.
  • Familiarity with electronic components.
  • Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) structure and MIS systems.
  • Ability to work under guidance and follow instructions from senior engineering staff.

  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Electronics or a related technical field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering documentation, or a related role.
