Manager – Instrumentation Design & Engineering (On Direct payroll of a Mega International Fertilizer Manufacturer) 📍 Job Location: Gurugram, India 🏭 Industry: Fertilizer / Chemical Manufacturing 🕒 Experience Required: 10 – 35 Years We are seeking a highly experienced Manager – Instrumentation Design & Engineering to lead instrumentation design and engineering activities for large-scale Fertilizer Plant projects. This senior-level position is based in Gurugram and offers the opportunity to contribute to complex industrial projects in a dynamic engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Electrical design and engineering activities for fertilizer plant projects • Ensure compliance with international standards • Support procurement, vendor evaluation, and technical bid analysis • Coordinate with process, Instrumentation, mechanical, and project teams • Provide support during installation, commissioning, and start-up • Lead and mentor Electrical design engineers and designers Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) • 10 to 35 years of relevant experience in fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery, or large industrial projects • Strong exposure to EPC project environment • Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects preferred • Proven leadership and project management capability Key Competencies: • Strong technical knowledge of process control systems • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Project coordination and stakeholder management • Risk assessment and compliance management • Excellent communication and documentation skills What We Offer: • Competitive senior-level compensation • Exposure to large-scale industrial projects • Leadership role with high impact • Long-term growth opportunities
