About The Company Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of Communications L1 Microsoft 365 & Azure Entra ID Support – Summary • Perform basic administration: user/group management, password & MFA resets, license assignment. • Provide first-level troubleshooting for Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, and sign-in issues. • Handle user onboarding/offboarding, access management, and routine service health monitoring. • Support basic security tasks: MFA enrollment, Conditional Access checks, and DLP triage. • Maintain documentation, operational logs, reports, and follow runbooks. • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams, ensure proper escalation, and communicate effectively with users. Core Skills Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure Entra ID basics, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, identity troubleshooting, basic DNS & AD Connect checks.
