Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Plastic Industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing, product development, and process optimization. The role involves ensuring efficient operations, quality control, and continuous improvement in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.

• Process Optimization: Analyse production workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.

• Product Development: Assist in the design, testing, and development of plastic products to meet client requirements and market demands.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications through regular quality checks and audits.

• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

• Material Selection: Collaborate with the procurement team to select appropriate materials for production based on project requirements.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• BTech degree in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of plastic materials, moulding techniques, and production processes.

• Proficiency in CAD software and production management tools.

• Strong communication and project management abilities.

• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and safety regulations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
