Empowered Counsellor is a client-facing role focused on engaging with parents and students, counselling them on our transformative writing and leadership programs, and driving enrollments through impactful communication and guidance.

Reports to: Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with families to showcase INTELLYJELLY's workshops, contests, and scholarships. Provide clear, empathetic, and persuasive counsel to empower informed enrollment decisions.

Manage leads generated from nationwide contests and scholarships.

Actively participate in mentoring and professional skill-building programs offered by the company.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and counselling abilities.

Technical know-how is essential, including familiarity with Google features and a clear understanding of social media platforms .
