As an Embedded Systems Architect at our company located in Bengaluru (Brigade Tech Park), you will play a crucial role in providing technical architecture leadership for embedded systems, edge computing, IoT systems, and connected device architecture. Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving as Lead Embedded Architect for complex product development programs.
- Defining system architecture and embedded platform design.
- Establishing architecture standards, development guidelines, and best practices.
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams across the project lifecycle.

In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for delivery leadership by:

- Conducting architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical checkpoints.
- Guiding engineering teams on design decisions and technical trade-offs.
- Troubleshooting complex system-level issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Leading root cause analysis and system optimization initiatives.
- Mentoring embedded engineers and technical leads.

Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with hardware teams for PCB bring-up and validation, interpret schematics, component datasheets, and board-level designs, and ensure seamless integration between hardware, firmware, and software layers. You will also design and deploy AI inference workloads on embedded devices, guide teams on ML/DL model optimization for edge platforms, architect vision systems and edge analytics solutions, and build connected systems using IoT and edge platforms.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in embedded systems architecture.
- A strong background in hardware + firmware + software integration.
- Experience building connected products or IoT systems.
- Hands-on experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, and device drivers.
- Strong debugging and architecture skills.
