Job Title: Customer Support representative

Location: Indore work from office

Undergraduate can apply

Minimum 6 months customer support experience.

Salary: 28000-25000INR

Work Schedule: Rotational week-offs and night shifts

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues or directing to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate to enhance customer service procedures.

  • Requirements:
  • Good to EXCELLENT English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in computers and customer service software.

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum UNDERGRADUATE, diploma or equivalent.
