Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Representative to handle customer interactions via Chat and Email. The role focuses on assisting customers, promoting products, preparing quotes, and converting inquiries into sales while delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries through Web Chat & Email
• Assist customers with product information, pricing & availability
• Promote and sell products using upselling & cross-selling techniques
• Prepare, share, and follow up on customer quotations
• Enter and manage sales orders accurately
• Coordinate discounted pricing for bulk / large orders
• Maintain required chat quality and response time
• Provide basic customer support and escalate complex issues when required
• Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Inbound Sales / Chat Process / Email Process
• Experience in International BPO / US Sales Process preferred
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in US shifts / night shifts
• Customer-focused approach with sales mindset
• Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Graduate (Preferred)
• Any equivalent qualification acceptable
