Key Responsibilities

- Gather requirements and design B2B/EDI integrations.
- Develop and configure EDI maps, components, and workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Work directly with customers and trading partners for onboarding, testing, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specs, test plans, technical documentation, and support go‑live activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and managed services partners on integration delivery.

Skills & Experience

- Strong hands‑on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Expertise in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and formats (CSV, XML, JSON, Flat Files, IDOC).
- Solid understanding of Retail, Logistics, and Warehouse EDI transactions.
- Experience with ITX/ITXA/WTX, Lightwell framework, and MFT (preferred).
- Proficiency in SFTP, AS2 setup and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lead solution design and support business development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing experience.
