Field Based Drilling Operations – WA
3:3 Roster | 12 Hour Shifts

$1200 per day

CrewSELECT is currently seeking an experienced Drill Rig Electrician to support field-based drilling operations across Western Australia.

This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing all electrical systems across the drilling rig and camp facilities, ensuring safe and reliable operations in remote field environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and repair electrical systems on drilling rigs and camp facilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on plant and equipment

- Diagnose and repair electrical faults across rig systems and support equipment

- Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant standards and legislation

- Support uninterrupted drilling operations through proactive maintenance

- Maintain inventory of electrical spare parts and critical components

- Manage inspection and re-certification of electrical components

- Assist with refurbishment of company equipment

- Establish and maintain secure isolation procedures for electrical maintenance

- Provide technical support to field operations and maintenance teams

- Complete required documentation including maintenance reports, handover notes, and safety documentation

What We’re Looking For

- Trade Qualified Electrician (A Grade)

- Experience working on drilling rigs or heavy mobile equipment

- Strong fault finding and preventative maintenance experience

- Ability to work in remote field environments

- Strong commitment to safety and compliance

- 3:3 roster

- 12 hour shifts
