Job Description: Electrician Technician (ITI Electrician) for Chemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery within the chemical manufacturing facility.
- Equipment Testing: Conduct tests on electrical systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety. Use test instruments and diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all electrical work, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and safety checklists.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance and engineering teams to coordinate repairs and upgrades. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other stakeholders.
- Emergency Response: Be available for emergency electrical repairs and respond to unexpected issues promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to electrical systems and processes to increase efficiency and safety.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrician or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in a chemical manufacturing or industrial environment.

Job Title: Instrument Technician

Location: Bharuch

Job Overview:
The Instrument Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation and control systems within our chemical manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and experience with a variety of instrumentation used in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and control systems, including pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in instrumentation and control systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs; (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a protected working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and calibration activities.
- Participate in plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and other maintenance activities as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in instrumentation and control.

Qualifications and Experience:

- ITI in Instrumentation or IMCP certification, or a related technical qualification.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Profile - Fitter Technician

Qualification - ITI Fitter

Experience - 1 to 5 Years of exp. in chemical or manufacturing company.

Role, job contents, scope, responsibilities Plant Maintenance activities in reputed Chemical / Pharmaceutical/Textile industry.

- Maintenance experience of Pumps / Compressors / Blowers / Gearboxes etc. and dialguage alignment. Experience in utility equipments like air compressors / Brine chillers / Water chillers / Cooling Towers will be an added advantage

Profile - Plant Operator

Qualification - ITI AOCP

Experience - 1 to 5 Years of exp. in chemical or manufacturing company.
