- Perform internal house wiring for new and existing residential units
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical fixtures such as switches, sockets, MCBs, DB panels, lights, fans, and appliances
- Handle fault detection and troubleshooting in wiring, circuits, and electrical systems
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of society electrical infrastructure
- Maintain common area electrical systems (street lights, garden lights, clubhouse, lifts coordination, etc.)
- Ensure proper functioning of DG backup connections and power distribution systems
- Attend and resolve resident electrical complaints within defined TAT
- Perform load checking and basic electrical safety inspections
- Support during new connections, meter installations, and electrical upgrades
- Maintain records of daily work, complaints, and material usage
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for major repairs or installations
