We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repair (Core Focus)

· Perform daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of LED production equipment, including SMT machines, LED chip bonding machines, automated testing machines, conveyor systems, and packing machines.

· Troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.

· Ensure smooth operation of plant utilities: LT/HT panels, transformers, UPS, diesel generators, and lighting systems.

· Perform PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and minor modifications to optimize machine performance.

2. Preventive Maintenance & Upgrades

· Plan, schedule, and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules for all machinery.

· Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new LED manufacturing lines or electrical infrastructure upgrades.

· Identify opportunities for automation and energy-saving enhancements to improve factory efficiency.

3. Safety & Compliance

· Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety codes, regulations, and company policies.

· Maintain a secure and organized work environment (5S implementation).

· Conduct electrical safety audits and inspections.

4. Leadership & Administration

· Supervise, train, and mentor junior electricians and technicians.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory using CMMS or manual logs.

· Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

- Diploma (Required)

Experience:

- electrical maintenance: 10 years (Required)

License/Certification:

- Electrician Licence (Preferred)
