1. Oversee overall project coordination to ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality standards with minimal on-site involvement.

2. Act as a key liaison between clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information and timely approvals.

3. Coordinate with consultants and architects for technical clarifications, drawings approvals, and design updates.

4. Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet timelines while optimizing manpower, materials, and resources.

5. Manage project expenses, monitor costs, track budgets, and ensure cost control in line with approved estimates.

6. Research, evaluate, coordinate, and manage various vendors and suppliers, including price comparison, negotiations, and finalization.

7. Coordinate procurement activities, material approvals, and vendor deliverables in alignment with project schedules.
