As discussed, the Shahad Trainer requirement is given below.

• The candidate should be BTech Electrical with minimum 5yrs of experience.
• Good English command and his all experience should be in electrical field.
• Should have knowledge & experience in Power Distribution & Transmission (Power System) equipment works.
• Transmission and switch yard equipment knowledge such as Xmer, Breakers, CT, PT, Earthing, Battery, Cable etc.
• Should be versed Electrical testing practices with effective use electrical tools & measuring equipment.
• Should have knowledge on Electrical Safety Practices & tools used.
• Solar installation knowledge would be added Advantage, but it is not compulsory.
