Job Title: EIR – Marketing

Location: Gurugram, Full Time , Six days Working

Job Overview:

As the EIR – Marketing, you’ll be working with the founder’s in conceptualizing, building,

and scaling marketing initiatives across brand, performance, growth, content, and

community. You will drive zero-to-one projects as well as scale existing channels, acting

as a strategic thinker, storyteller, and execution powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Work directly with founders to design and execute Anveshan’s brand and marketing

  • strategy.

  • Identify whitespace opportunities in the ecosystem—new campaigns, storytelling formats,

  • influencer collaborations, or category narratives.

  • Conceptualize and launch high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen brand

  • positioning and drive revenue growth.

  • Build frameworks for brand storytelling, product education, and category creation in the

  • healthy food space.

    2. Data-Driven Marketing & AI-Powered Insights

  • Deep dive into D2C marketing data, including paid ads, website analytics, and social

  • media performance to uncover patterns, insights, and growth opportunities.

  • Analyze performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital

  • platforms, identifying drivers of conversion, CAC optimization, and creative effectiveness.

  • Study social media campaigns, reels, posts, and creator collaborations to understand

  • engagement trends and audience behavior.

  • Translate campaign performance into clear insights and strategic recommendations to

  • improve marketing outcomes.

  • Use AI tools extensively to analyze data, synthesize insights, benchmark competitors,

  • and solve complex marketing problems faster.

  • Build structured growth experiments and testing frameworks for creatives, messaging,

  • landing pages, and funnels.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns through data-backed experimentation and insight-

  • driven decision making.

    3. Brand Building & Content Strategy

  • Craft a strong and authentic brand voice rooted in Anveshan’s values of purity, tradition,

  • and traceability.

  • Lead and conceptualize campaigns, content series, founder-led storytelling, and origin

  • stories from farmers and producers.

  • Develop content frameworks that reinforce trust, transparency, and education within thehealthy food category.

  • Build and scale creator collaborations, ambassadors, and micro-influencer programs.

  • 4. Community, Engagement & CRM

  • Design community-led marketing initiatives such as WhatsApp groups, superfan

  • communities, and sampling programs.

  • Own lifecycle marketing initiatives including email, WhatsApp, loyalty triggers, and

  • customer education journeys.

  • Build retention and engagement programs using NPS feedback loops and customer

  • insights.

    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with founders, product, supply chain, design, and growth teams.

  • Align marketing storytelling with product strategy, sourcing narratives, and new

  • launches.

  • Translate consumer insights into actionable inputs for R&D, packaging, product

  • innovation, and GTM strategies.

    6. Founder Enablement & Strategic Communication

  • Support founders in crafting high-quality presentations for investors, partners, internal

  • reviews, and strategic meetings.

  • Use AI tools to build and enhance presentations, including narrative structuring,

  • competitor mapping, data visualization, and design optimization.

  • Convert complex data and business insights into clear and compelling strategic

  • narratives.

    Experience

  • 3–7 years in marketing, brand strategy, or D2C consumer roles.

  • Experience in FMCG, D2C, food, wellness, or high-growth startups is a strong plus.

  • Past entrepreneurial, consulting, or high-ownership roles preferred.

  • Exceptional storytelling + strong analytical capabilities.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand building, and consumer

  • psychology.

  • Ability to take undefined problems, structure them, and execute fast.

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats—strategy, execution, analysis, content,

  • partnerships.

    Skills Required

  • Strong ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights

  • from D2C campaigns and social media performance.

  • High proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney,

  • data analysis tools, etc.) to accelerate research, insight generation, and

    problem solving.

  • Comfortable working with performance marketing dashboards, analytics

tools, and campaign reporting to identify growth opportunities.
