Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Educator role located in Lucknow. The Educator will be responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans, creating engaging and effective teaching materials, and fostering a positive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, conducting assessments, and facilitating training programs to support student development. Collaboration with colleagues and participation in professional learning sessions will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lesson Planning to develop structured, engaging, and outcome-oriented curricula
• Demonstrated proficiency in Education and Teaching, with a strong understanding of effective pedagogical methods
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and positive classroom environment
• Experience in facilitating Training sessions and activities for student learning and development
• Passion for nurturing students' growth and a commitment to delivering quality education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, relevant teaching certifications, or equivalent experience
