Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Kondotti. The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting incoming leads into enrolled students on the TeacherInd platform. The role involves communicating with parents and students, understanding their academic needs, presenting suitable learning solutions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Daily responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, explaining TeacherInd’s learning model and AI Study Tracker, recommending suitable tutoring plans, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The Sales Executive will also follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships to improve conversion and retention.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in inside sales, lead conversion, or customer advisory roles.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with parents and students.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in EdTech, education sales, or counseling roles is an advantage.
