As the Education Curriculum and Content Development Manager at Renesas, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering educational content and programs. Your role will require a blend of strong communication, project management, and subject matter expertise. You will oversee the expansion of programs into emerging markets, making this a dynamic and high-impact position that demands extensive electronic design and embedded systems expertise, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in project management within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement technical educational content, workshops, and learning initiatives with clear learning objectives, curriculum development, and assessment methods.
- Develop and implement content strategy, production schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in online learning and instructional design.
- Drive regional expansion of educational programs and university courses in key markets: China, Japan, Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Reporting and Metrics Management:
- Track program and content performance, analyze data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to inform business decisions.

Communication and Collaboration:
- Support educational partners in utilizing Altium's solutions and educational resources.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences verbally and in writing, fostering collaboration among team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) and external partners (e.g., educators, vendors).

Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in program and content management, preferably in education or technology sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop engaging and innovative learning experiences with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and education platforms is an asset.
- Understanding of Higher Education Academic Partnerships is a plus.

Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and relevant technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and Lucid Charts.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and experience managing platform performance metrics.

Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for developing and delivering educational content and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

Other Skills:
- Additional foreign language skills (Japanese, Chinese) are a plus.
