We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Education Counselor who will be responsible for guiding students while actively driving admissions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career options, and admission procedures
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries effectively
• Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-ups and relationship building
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/admission targets
• Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions and virtual consultations
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth admission processes
• Participate in promotional activities like seminars, webinars, and education fairs
• Provide post-admission support to ensure student satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
