Job Title: Editorial Head – Finance (YouTube)

📍 Location: Mumbai (Andheri West) / Full-time

About the Role

We are building a high-impact, digital-first finance content brand aimed at young India. We’re looking for a sharp, camera-confident Anchor who can also lead the editorial vision — someone who can simplify money, investing, and business into engaging, binge-worthy content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Editorial Leadership
  • Own content strategy, topics, and positioning of the channel
  • Work with writers/researchers and other anchors to shape scripts and narratives
  • Ensure accuracy, credibility, and audience relevance
  • 2. On-Camera Anchor
  • Host daily finance videos for YouTube
  • Explain complex topics (stocks, SIPs, economy, personal finance) in a simple, relatable way
  • Bring strong screen presence, authority, clarity, and storytelling
  • 3. Content & Growth
  • Identify trending finance topics, news, and viral angles
  • Collaborate with design/edit teams for high-retention videos
  • Ideal Candidate
  • Prior experience as a finance creator / journalist, Background in Finance, Economics, or Business
  • Solid understanding of finance (stocks, mutual funds, economy)
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
  • Excellent camera presence and storytelling ability
  • 7 to 8 Years of experience
  • Compensation
  • ₹10 L – ₹18 L CTC (depending on experience)
