Hiring for EDI - Electronic Data Interchange - PAN INDIA Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient EDI Electronic Data Interchange Specialist to support the implementation maintenance and optimization of our EDI processes The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between our organization trading partners and internal departments to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance with EDI standards Key Responsibilities Design develop test and maintain EDI maps and transactions e g 850 855 856 810 997 etc Monitor EDI transaction flows and troubleshoot issues with trading partners and internal systems Coordinate onboarding of new EDI partners and maintain trading partner relationships Ensure compliance with ANSI X12 EDIFACT and other relevant EDI standards Work with ERP systems e g SAP Oracle NetSuite JD Edwards to integrate EDI transactions Analyze business requirements and translate them into EDI solutions Develop documentation for EDI processes workflows and mappings Provide support for EDI-related incidents and ensure timely resolution Perform regular audits of EDI transactions to ensure data accuracy and integrity
