Role Overview

As an Ecosystem Partnerships Associate, you will help expand and activate Axibator’s ecosystem across campuses, founder communities, mentors, and partners.

This role sits at the intersection of:
Campuses × Founders × Ecosystem

You will be the human connector powering Axibator’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and onboard:
• Colleges & universities
• E-Cells & startup clubs
• Founder communities & meetups
• Build and maintain relationships with:
• Mentors & operators
• Angel investors & ecosystem partners
• Coordinate partnerships for:
• Incubation & acceleration cohorts
• Events, demo days & build jams
• Founder apprenticeship programs
• Represent Axibator at:
• Campus events
• Startup meetups & ecosystem gatherings
• Track partnership pipelines and outcomes
• Ensure partnerships are active, value-driven, and execution-focused

Who Should Apply

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are a recent graduate or final-year student
• Enjoy talking to people and building long-term relationships
• Have an entrepreneurial or ecosystem mindset
• Have done at least one of the following:
• Been part of E-Cell / startup or innovation clubs
• Organised or supported startup events / meetups
• Worked or interned at a startup
• Actively contributed to founder or student communities
• Are comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and on-ground hustle
