Tygot, specializing in camera accessories and related electronics. Our products are sold

across leading e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit. As

we continue to scale rapidly, we are building a strong operations leadership team to drive

efficiency, reliability, and customer experience across our supply chain.

Role Overview

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will own end-to-end supply chain and fulfilment

operations, including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, procurement

coordination, and logistics. This is a high-ownership leadership role requiring strong

analytical thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to scale operations in a fast-paced

e-commerce environment.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product availability,

cost efficiency, and on-time customer delivery while building robust, scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

Design and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and

marketplace expansion.

Lead demand forecasting using historical sales data, marketing inputs, seasonality,

and product launch plans.

Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, working capital, and

obsolescence risk.

Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including negotiations, performance

evaluation, and compliance.

Drive procurement planning and ensure timely replenishment across SKUs and

channels.

2. Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound receiving, storage,

picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Implement strong inventory control systems, cycle counts, and discrepancy

resolution processes.

Improve warehouse layout, manpower planning, productivity, and throughput.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, infrastructure upkeep, and operational

compliance.

Continuously improve order accuracy, fulfilment speed, and overall operational

efficiency.

3. Logistics & Distribution

Manage inbound and outbound logistics through courier partners and 3PL service

providers.

Track and improve key logistics KPIs including delivery TAT, delay rate, RTO %, and

customer SLA adherence.

Own reverse logistics, including returns, warranty replacements, refurbishments, and

quality checks.

Drive logistics cost optimization through vendor negotiation, routing efficiency, and

process improvements.

4. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Build, lead, and mentor warehouse and supply chain teams.

Define, track, and improve KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, inventory accuracy,

cost per shipment, and turnaround time.

Prepare regular MIS and dashboards for leadership with actionable insights.

Train teams on SOPs, systems (WMS/ERP), and best operational practices.

Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives across the supply chain.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, product, procurement, finance, and customer service teams

to align supply chain plans.

Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, and peak-sale readiness.

Work closely with customer service teams to resolve fulfilment, delivery, and return

escalations.

Required Qualifications

MBA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related

discipline.

1–2 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, and fulfilment operations,

preferably in e-commerce.

Strong hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and

logistics.

Proven experience managing 3PLs, courier partners, and multi-SKU product

categories.

Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and strong data-driven decision-making ability.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with large transaction

volumes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer electronics or fast-moving consumer goods.

Strong understanding of Indian logistics regulations, GST invoicing, packaging

norms, and statutory compliance.

Experience setting up or scaling warehouses and fulfilment centers.

Exposure to automation, process digitization, or supply chain optimization tools.
