Position: Ecommerce Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle online sales inquiries from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
• Assist customers with product details, pricing, sizing, and order placement
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
• Maintain customer database and order records
• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Basic understanding of Ecommerce and online selling
• Experience with WhatsApp sales / Instagram DM sales preferred
• Ability to handle customers politely and close sales
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Shopify or similar platforms)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
