Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations & Marketplace Lead to manage day-to-day operations for Poppi. This role will oversee marketplace performance, vendor coordination, production planning, catalogue management, and operational execution to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage product listings across marketplaces (Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.)
• Ensure product catalogue accuracy (titles, descriptions, pricing, images)
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates
• Track marketplace performance and identify opportunities for growth

Vendor & Production Management

• Coordinate with vendors for production timelines and order fulfilment
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely deliveries
• Manage quality checks and sampling approvals
• Track raw material and finished goods inventory

Supply Chain & Inventory

• Oversee stock movement between warehouse, office, and marketplaces
• Coordinate dispatch planning and replenishment
• Monitor sell-through and plan production accordingly

Cataloguing & Product Launch

• Manage new product launches on marketplaces and website
• Coordinate product photoshoots and ensure assets are uploaded

Operational Coordination

• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Coordinate between warehouse, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure operational processes are documented and followed

Ideal Candidate

• 1-3 years experience in fashion / DTC / e-commerce operations
• Experience managing marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa
• Strong vendor and production coordination skills
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Comfortable working with inventory and operations tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
