Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for an Ecommerce Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing online sales channels, developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies, managing product listings, optimizing web content, and analysing sales trends to drive growth. Additional responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, monitoring website performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:

Own P&L; and drive sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and more

Strategize for product listings, A+ content, pricing, inventory, and delivery performance

Advertising & Promotions:

Plan and execute platform ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to meet ROAS and ACoS targets

Collaborate with creative and content teams for optimized listings and performance creatives

Analytics & Optimization:

Monitor daily performance, sales trends, return ratios, and consumer reviews

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarks

Inventory & Operations:

Coordinate with supply chain for stock planning, dispatches, and replenishment

Ensure platform SLAs are met for availability and delivery

Quick Commerce & Emerging Channels:

Identify and drive opportunities on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, etc.

Work on exclusive launches, bundles, and hyper-growth SKUs

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams—design, growth marketing, CX—to improve conversions

Manage platform relationships and negotiate for visibility and promotions

Key Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 5-8 years in ecommerce, with at least 5 years of direct marketplace management

Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and ad dashboards

Industry Background:

Personal care, beauty, wellness, or consumer electronics preferred

Skills:

Strong understanding of ecommerce P&L;, pricing, and inventory models

Excellent data analysis, decision-making, and negotiation skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms
