Overview

This specialist role demands expertise in managing and optimizing e-commerce campaigns, including keyword and copy creation, billing, trafficking, quality assurance (Q/A), and overall campaign development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of primary e-commerce platforms and biddable advertising technologies, bringing both strategic insight and technical proficiency to the table. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with some of the world's leading consumer brands and drive impactful digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • E-Commerce Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce campaigns on major platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, BigBasket , 1mg, Gofer, etc.

    Execute daily management tasks for these platforms, including ad setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.

    Implement strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and sales across these e-commerce channels.
  • Biddable Platforms and Industry Trends:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of search engine and biddable advertising trends, industry developments, and best practices.

    Leverage this knowledge to adapt and optimize e-commerce strategies and tactics.

    Proficiently utilize bidding platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo, or DoubleClick to drive campaign success and efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze web analytics dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.

    Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

    Prepare comprehensive performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
  • Keyword and Copy Management:

  • Develop and refine keyword strategies to enhance campaign reach and relevance.

    Continuously test and optimize keyword lists and ad copy to improve campaign performance.
  • Billing and Trafficking:

  • Oversee and manage the billing process for e-commerce campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.

    Handle trafficking of ad creatives, ensuring proper setup, delivery, and alignment with campaign objectives .

    Resolve any issues related to campaign trafficking and billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Quality Assurance (Q/A):

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all e-commerce campaigns meet industry standards and client specifications.

    Troubleshoot and address any issues related to campaign performance and delivery.

    Skills And Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:

  • Strong experience with primary e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, BigBasket , 1mg, Gofer) and biddable advertising technologies.

    Proficiency in using bidding platforms such as Marin, Kenshoo, or DoubleClick.

    In-depth understanding of web analytics tools and reporting platforms.

    Required Skills
  • Professional Skills:

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.

    Excellent writing skills for crafting persuasive ad copy and detailed reports.

    Strong mathematical skills for analyzing performance data and managing budgets.

    Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Additional Competencies:

  • Experience with paid social media management (e.g., Facebook Ads) is a plus.

    Demonstrated desire to learn and apply knowledge of search marketing, social media strategies, interactive media, and direct response tactics.

    Google Ads Certified Professional or similar certification preferred.
