Ktein Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces and D2C channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall e-commerce growth strategy and revenue
• Manage marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C website operations
• Lead digital marketing and performance campaigns
• Optimize product listings, pricing, and online customer experience
• Analyze sales data and improve conversion & profitability
• Build and lead the e-commerce team

Requirements:

• 5 years or more years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management
• Strong expertise in marketplace operations and performance marketing
• Analytical mindset with proven experience in scaling online sales
• Excellent skills to manage fast paced Brand environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
