The role involves managing product listings on e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales metrics, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving product sales through effective marketing and communication strategies. The candidate will also handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize listings and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong E-commerce and Sales expertise, with experience in product listing, marketing strategies, and driving online sales
• Must have experience with the garment and textiles industry
• Experience with selling products using Google SEO, Amazon, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms.
