We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive with hands-on experience in marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, including FBA shipment creation, order processing, cataloguing, and strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.

The role requires someone who can independently manage day-to-day operational tasks with accuracy, coordinate with warehouse teams, and maintain marketplace hygiene across listings, inventory and dispatch workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments, including shipment planning, labeling and coordination with warehouse team
• Process daily marketplace orders across Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra and ensure timely dispatch coordination
• Manage product cataloguing, listing updates, content corrections and marketplace backend hygiene
• Maintain and update operational trackers in Google Sheets
• Perform inward entries and stock updates accurately
• Support inventory reconciliation between physical stock and marketplace stock
• Coordinate with warehouse team for shipment readiness and stock movement
• Monitor listing-related issues such as suppressed listings, content errors and stock discrepancies
• Track pending orders, shipment discrepancies, cancellations and daily operational exceptions
• Required Experience:
• 2–5 years in ecommerce / marketplace operations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra seller panels
• Experience creating Amazon FBA shipments independently
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (filters, formulas, lookups, pivots, basic reporting)
• Basic understanding of inward, inventory movement and order lifecycle

• D2C business with multi-marketplace presence
• Seller account management across multiple platforms

Salary: Based on experience
