• *Responsibilities and Duties**

Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders
- Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various

product options that are available.
- Understating client problems
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or

escalating the issue.
- Managing Online Portals of the clients.(Amazon/Flipkart etc)

• *Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Graduation / Post Graduation
- BE/MBA/BBA/BCA/MCA
- **Strong communication skills, both verbal and written**:

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time
