Role Overview Publishing is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven eCommerce Executive with hands-on experience in listing and managing books on Amazon India. The role requires ownership of: • Book listing creation and optimisation • Performance monitoring • Metadata accuracy • Campaign coordination • Marketplace hygiene and growth This is not a backend upload role. This is a revenue-impacting position. Key Responsibilities 1. Amazon Book Listing Management (Primary Responsibility) • Create and manage book listings on: • Amazon India (Seller Central & Vendor Central if applicable) • Amazon Global marketplaces • Flipkart & other platforms • FBA management / inventory management • Ensure: • Correct categorisation (Books → Sub-categories) • Keyword-optimised titles & backend keywords • High-converting bullet points • Accurate metadata (ISBN, edition, format, pricing) • A+ content (if applicable) • Look Inside setup coordination 2. Listing Optimisation & Growth • Conduct keyword research for books category • Optimise for: • Organic ranking • Conversion rate • Discoverability • Monitor: • BSR (Best Seller Rank) • Reviews & ratings • Listing suppression issues • Buy Box performance 3. Campaign & Offer Coordination • Plan and execute: • Pre-order campaigns • Launch offers • Limited-time discounts • Coordinate with marketing team for traffic push • Coordinate with partners • Track campaign ROI 4. Marketplace Hygiene & Audit • Weekly audit of: • Pricing consistency • Inventory sync • Listing health status • Global availability • Identify and resolve: • Listing errors • Catalogue mismatches • Duplicate ASIN issues 5. Competitive & Category Research • Study comparable titles • Analyse: • Pricing trends • Review volume benchmarks • Category performance • Suggest positioning improvements Ideal Candidate Profile You are: • Highly analytical • Detail-obsessed • Commercially aware • Comfortable with data • Proactive and solution-driven • Interested in books and publishing ecosystem Qualifications • Graduate in Commerce / Marketing / Business / Mass Media • 1–3 years of experience in: • Amazon Seller Central • E-commerce listing management • Preferably Books category • Experience in publishing industry preferred Required Technical Skills Must Have: • Strong Amazon Seller Central experience • Understanding of: • ASIN structure • ISBN integration • Backend keywords • Category ranking • Excel / Google Sheets proficiency • Basic SEO understanding • Performance tracking & reporting Preferred: • Amazon Advertising (PPC) knowledge • A+ content creation exposure • Experience in print-on-demand workflows • Canva / basic image optimisation knowledge KPIs (Performance Metrics) • Listing accuracy rate • Suppression resolution turnaround time • Category ranking improvements • Conversion rate uplift • Campaign execution success • Weekly performance reporting accuracy Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Pay: ₹9,511.14 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
