Job Title: Ecommerce Executive – Website (D2C)
Department: Ecommerce / Digital Sales
Location: Office-based / Hybrid
Reporting To: Ecommerce Manager / Head of Digital Sales

Role Purpose

To manage the company’s direct-to-consumer website by ensuring smooth order processing, content accuracy, customer satisfaction, and improved conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings on the website (images, descriptions, pricing)
• Ensure SEO-friendly content and correct categorization
• Manage daily website orders, packing coordination, and dispatch tracking
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal dispatch teams
• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or WhatsApp
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and complaint resolution
• Coordinate website banners, offers, and new product launches
• Track website analytics: traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• Prepare daily sales reports and monthly performance summaries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in D2C ecommerce operations
• Familiarity with Shopify / WooCommerce or similar platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
