This is a growth and revenue-focused role, not a marketplace admin or VA position. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, improving conversion, and increasing the profitability of Gaming PCs across Amazon, Shopify, and eBay. Operational marketplace tasks (e. g., Amazon claims, violations, seller support tickets) are handled separately, allowing this role to focus on strategy, optimisation, and growth. You will work closely with the founder and wider team to define platform strategy and execute improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Gaming PC Growth and Commercial Ownership.
  • Own revenue growth for custom-built Gaming PCs across Amazon, Shopify, and eBay.
  • Define Gaming PC positioning (entry-level, mid-range, high-end).
  • Decide which PC builds to prioritise by platform.
  • Work with pricing, bundles, and margins to maximise contribution profit.
  • Listings and Conversion Optimisation.
  • Advertising and Demand Generation.
  • Reviews, Trust and Buyer Confidence.
  • Cross-Platform Coordination.

  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or growth-focused roles.
  • Experience working with high-AOV products.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce conversion and customer psychology.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon product listings and Amazon Ads.
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of margins and profitability.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
