Our thoughtfully curated program and our purpose-designed space focus on the needs of individual children and families. The founding team consists of experts with extensive experience in operating a network of 120+ schools and 35,000 students.

Amra was created so families have a place to feel empowered and nurtured during the parenting journey which can at times be difficult or lonely.

  • Job Opening - Early Years Educator

    We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team to ensure children have the best start in life by providing the right environment and experiences that are crucial for the early years. Early Years Educator holds a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the comprehensive development and growth of young children within the centre's educational framework.

    Responsibilities of the Educator include, but are not limited to:
  • Interpreting and implementing Amra’s academic and play program
  • Observing and tracking a child’s growth and development
  • Engaging with parents and supporting them with appropriate tools and resources
  • Creating and maintaining a safe space for children and families

  • Relevant experience & mindsets
  • Bachelors or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) (or) Psychology. Montessori Training is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to use Amra’s proprietary framework to analyse metrics and create individualised reports
  • Experience working with groups of children or parents
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to use tact, diplomacy, and mature judgement

    Pay: ₹25,841.00 - ₹35,171.80 per month
