Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join their nurturing learning environment in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, IN . This role involves creating and implementing engaging educational programs for young children, fostering their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You will work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure a safe, stimulating, and supportive atmosphere where children can thrive. This is a hands-on role focused on direct interaction with children.

Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children. Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and identifying areas for support. Plan and supervise engaging activities, including play-based learning, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor exploration. Foster positive social interactions and emotional development among children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, development, and classroom activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped classroom environment. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children under your care. Collaborate with other educators and staff to share best practices and support team goals. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques. Prepare and serve healthy snacks and meals as per dietary guidelines. Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and licensing requirements. Build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Promote a love of learning and curiosity in young children. Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting. Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education. Passion for working with children and fostering their growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach. Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards for childcare facilities. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. First Aid and CPR certification is preferred. Familiarity with local curriculum guidelines is advantageous. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Energetic and adaptable to the dynamic nature of childcare.
