We are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to manage and support daily e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and digital sales platforms. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, order processing, coordination with internal teams, and performance tracking to ensure smooth and efficient online sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across marketplaces and websites
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing
• Monitor online orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries
• Coordinate with logistics, CRM, and operations teams for timely order fulfillment
• Track inventory availability and update stock levels on e-commerce platforms
• Assist in managing online promotions, discounts, and offers
• Generate e-commerce performance reports (sales, orders, returns, conversions)
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand guidelines
• Support customer issue resolution related to online orders and delivery
• Continuously improve e-commerce processes and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in e-commerce operations, online sales, or marketplace handling
• Prior experience using e-commerce platforms or marketplaces preferred

Required Skills

• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
• Understanding of product listing, order management, and inventory coordination
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
