Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with business and market demands.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure required manpower, materials, and equipment are available.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules, work orders, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

- Quality Control & Assurance
- Establish, implement, and maintain quality benchmarks for all product categories.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections to identify defects or non-compliance.
- Work with factories and suppliers to address quality issues and ensure product consistency.

- New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead new product development initiatives from concept to production.
- Conduct product testing, sample evaluations, and quality validation before mass production.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to develop innovative and competitive product lines.

- Global Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with manufacturers in China & India, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and production terms with global suppliers.
- Monitor factory performance, compliance, and production capabilities.

- Multi-Country Production Support & Selling Operations
- Ensure production readiness and compliance for multiple global marketplaces.
- Support product customization based on regional regulatory requirements and customer needs.
- Manage packaging, labeling, and documentation required for international distribution.

- Process Improvement & Optimization
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Continuously evaluate production workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and improve output.

- Budgeting & Cost Management
- Monitor production costs and ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Optimize resource usage to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary expenses.

- Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with procurement, engineering, logistics, warehouse, and quality teams for end-to-end coordination.
- Coordinate with branding, marketing, and product teams during NPD and product launches.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in production management, preferably within e-commerce or consumer goods.
- Strong experience working with Chinese & Indian manufacturers and global supply chains.
- Proven track record in new product development and international e-commerce operations.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global time zones and teams.
