We are hiring an experienced E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to manage and upload products for an international US-based clothing brand across multiple online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing product catalogs and should be able to create and manage listings independently without supervision.

This is a Work From Office (WFO) position.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across Shopify, Amazon US, Walmart Marketplace, and SHEIN.
• Ensure all listings include accurate product titles, descriptions, images, size charts, variants, and attributes.
• Optimize listings using relevant keywords and marketplace SEO best practices.
• Manage product catalog updates, inventory data, and pricing changes.
• Maintain high-quality product data and compliance with marketplace requirements.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure product content is accurate and appealing.
• Monitor product listing performance and resolve any listing errors or suppression issues.

Required Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce product listing
• Strong experience with Shopify product management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (US marketplace)
• Experience listing products on Walmart Marketplace and SHEIN
• Knowledge of fashion / apparel product attributes and variants
• Ability to handle listings independently without constant supervision

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with US-based clothing or fashion brands
• Familiar with bulk product uploads (CSV / Excel templates)
• Strong attention to detail and catalog management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
