We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Operations Manager who can efficiently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including dispatching, packing, returns, billing, and stock management. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling online order processing.
Key Responsibilities:Manage order processing, packing, and dispatch for online orders
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely deliveries
Handle returns, replacements, and customer coordination
Prepare and manage billing, invoices, and order documentation
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
Update stock and orders on e-commerce portals
Ensure proper packaging quality and dispatch accuracy
Generate daily/weekly sales and stock reports
Resolve operational issues related to orders and shipments
