Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Unicommerce or any Order & Inventory Management System (OMS) to manage our daily e-commerce operations.

The candidate will be responsible for handling order processing, inventory management, and marketplace operations across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process daily online orders through Unicommerce or other OMS platforms
• Maintain and update inventory across website and marketplaces
• Handle order processing, dispatch, cancellations, and returns
• Ensure accurate stock syncing across all platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment
• Monitor orders from marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa
• Track shipments, resolve order issues, and manage operational tasks
• Generate reports related to orders, inventory, and marketplace performance

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in E-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience in Unicommerce is mandatory
• Experience with OMS platforms (Order & Inventory Management Software)
• Experience handling marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple orders and operational tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
