Job Overview

The E-commerce Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations across multiple online sales channels including marketplaces and company websites. The role involves order management, trade order coordination, customer support, and operational reporting to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.

The candidate must ensure that all retail and trade orders are processed accurately, customer queries are handled promptly, and operational processes are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Order Management

• Manage and monitor orders from Amazon (UK & US), eBay, Shopify websites, and TikTok Shop.
• Ensure all retail orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delivery, returns, or refunds.
• Monitor marketplace dashboards and maintain accurate order status updates.

Trade Operations

• Manage and process trade orders from business customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth trade order fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to trade order processing.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and messages via email or marketplace systems.
• Provide timely and professional responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle issues related to orders, delivery, returns, and product information.

Operations & Reporting

• Review and approve invoices related to operations when required.
• Upload Ocado invoices and maintain proper records.
• Prepare and maintain Stock Replenishment Reports.
• Update container shipment details in Cin7 inventory system.
• Maintain operational records and reports.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations or Marketplace Management.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, or TikTok Shop.
• Understanding of order management, fulfillment, and inventory processes.
• Good understanding of UK and US English with strong written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer communication professionally.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with inventory or ERP systems (Cin7 preferred) is a plus.
